Celebrate New York History at the annual Researching New York Conference at the University at Albany, SUNY. The conference meets annually in November, bringing together historians, archivists, public historians, graduate students, museum curators, teachers, documentarians, and more to share their work on New York State history topics. We are pleased to again partner with our long-time co-sponsor, The Archives Partnership Trust, to present an expanded conference exploring all aspects of New York State History.
CALL FOR PAPERS / SAVE THE DATE
Needless to say, in these uncertain times, it is very difficult to think about planning a conference months away or submitting a proposal in the coming weeks. Nonetheless, we are optimistically planning for Researching NY 2020 and a time when we can come together and share our work. We are eagerly moving forward and hope you will join us. More submission details for the Call for Papers at the link above. . We welcome proposals on all New York State History topics; in any time period, from any perspective. The deadline for submissions is June 15, 2020.
